except once again, 10 minutes was filler crap, it makes the cool fights feel so disjointed that you almost stop caring about them. It's crazy these come out every week at the quality they are, but damn i would rather they take their time than smearing shit all over what would otherwise be a legendary show.

all of the times where they just show momo, or the festival, or just don't move the plot at all, or have flashbacks is considered filler in one piece, at least in my opinion, with your idea of filler, one piece would have no filler, yet it only covers one short chapter an episode, impossible. Either awful pacing or it's filled with filler. For reference, most seasonal shows cover 3-6 chapters an episode. If they can cover that in 20 mins, one piece surely could, but chooses not to, instead just reusing scenes or having a 5 minute intro recap and throwing flashbacks in every 3-5 minutes
